Scott was very informative and communicated well. He didn't overestimated the property and he wasn't pushy with his salesmanship. He gave me good positive and negative feedback to the property, which helped with the understanding of what other potential buyers may think. He also educated us on what we should expect and guided us through the whole selling process and as a first time seller, I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us. He is very patient and accommodating, during busy times when I miss his call or miss his appointment, he is very understanding and willing to change appointment times to fit my schedule and he is always punctual and present himself very professionally. Highly recommended and if we were to go through the process again, I know I can rely on Scott to give me the best outcome.
