Scotts communication both on the phone and via email could have been better and wasn't prompt in getting back to us. It would have been nice to hear from Scott once settlement had gone through, rather than next correspondence being a review on rating him. Unfortunately he didn't provide me a great experience as an agent.

10 months in the process but eventually we got there! Although Scott was "technically" working for the seller he did work hard to cut a "win-win" scenario for seller and purchaser. Two parties stubborn and not willing to give an inch meant Scott needed to work hard to get the deal across the line. What was then impressive was the additional support Scott gave to try and get the settlement date agreed to by the parties. One wanted two weeks (purchaser) the other 2.5 months. This again was negotiated through Scott to an agreed date. The next thing that impressed me with Scott was how he was able to make him self available to assist with arranging to have the house open (via the seller at an hour's notice) for the electricity meter (inside house) to be read by SAPN and for quotations for solar power not to mention allow us to revisit the house a couple of times for measurements, etc. prior to settlement. All in all, it was great working with Scott and his team and he made our purchase in Normanville a really good experience working with locals who care about their town and the people residing in it.
Scott communicated well and followed up on all questions my wife and i had immediately. Nothing was ever to hard and helped us out as first time purchasers to this area. Scott had great knowledge of the area and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Normanville area.
