Scott's market knowledge proved to be excellent. He was able to communicate effectively and with a genuine sense of caring for our needs at every stage of our purchase. His ability to follow-up on any issues was also excellent . For example, he even made himself available to support us with our NBN connection and was quick to offer personal time in overcoming a minor problem with our dishwasher after moving into the house. He left no stone unturned. The surprise "welcome" gift left on the kitchen bench upon arrival after purchase was another indication of Scott's willingness to please.
