10-star service! From the second we made contact with Sean he was nothing short of amazing. We purchased from out of state and nothing was a problem or too much for Sean and his team from the 100 questions to the Video walkthroughs (even right before an open home) every question and recommendation were answered promptly if not on the spot he was straightforward with everything none of your typical "salesman" attitude. I struggle with Belle properties take on final sale price value. Contract sale was 525k but the invoice from Belle group stated 530k where the agents fees reflected this price which did not include the 5k deduction required by the buyer which was agreed on with all parties. My wife queried this and was told the 5k deduction was not part of belles selling price and the deduction on fees was not forthcoming. I rang the office and conveniently one could talk to me. Eventually the agent rang back (After lunch) and agreed to the reduction in fees, but the amended invoice still has 530k sale price which is false. I require an invoice with the 525k sale price and the correct fees I don't see how this is so difficult.
