The purchase of our new family home was very easy. We had no issues from contract through to settlement. Although our settlement took a day longer than expected (due to the banks issues not Sean or Dan) we were soon moving in. 4 out of 5 stars the only thing missing was a bit more of a celebration/welcome package upon moving in, a keyring and tiny hamper were the smallest we've received our of all our past purchases. Overall very professional transaction, great communication and we felt valued through the process.
