The personalised service that I received from both Sean and Kody was absolutely beyond my expectations and previous experience from other real estate agents. Entering the market as a single first homeowner I was understandably nervous about attaining my first home. I met Kody at the open house who was relaxed and approachable. When I spoke to him about making an offer on the home, he helped me to meet this goal by prioritising time for me to make a contracted offer that very afternoon. Within hours of making the offer I was successful. The news was heart felt and sincere, his communication was clear, and he was able to outline the specific tasks that were required of me from that point forward. I was fully supported with references and advice for the builders and pest and an excellent referral to a local solicitor. There was not a single issue that came up that I did not feel that I could depend on the advice from my estate agents to assist me with. Once the home was settled, I found out just how extraordinary these two gentlemen were who both personally invested their own time to ensure that the home was presentable for sale. Of course, I am well aware that this is of benefit for the seller, but it made an immense impact for myself as the buyer as well. What they described in their role of making the home presentable for sale was beyond any reasonable expectation for an estate agent ( I mean they personally cut back trees and over grown shrubs from the property, arranged painting and roof maintenance – if that isn’t going above and beyond I just don’t know what is!) I really felt the personal touch from the two agents, and it was made even more special on the settlement day when they met me at the home with a surprise to truly make me feel extraordinary about my new home. I don’t have a large budget nor did I purchased a new or upper scale home but despite this my estate agents made me feel like a millionaire in this experience. I can't thank you both enough!
