He has a great balance between checking in to keep in touch helping you feel supported and motivated, without nagging or stressing you. His ability to see what makes a property unique, and to market it highlighting those features, is a true gift. His utter professionalism is balanced with a warm and personal nature - a rare combination. Having someone so proactive take care of things without needing constant reminding and following up was such a reduction in mental load. Our house was under contract quickly, with a price even better than we hoped.
