Sean helped sell the house I owned with my former partner. This rather awkward situation was made worse by me being offshore for the entire process, and my former partner not coping well with the situation overall. Sean, though, was a complete gem. Lot 3 is a large trees site with some steep areas - very different to your everyday flat residential block. The lot also had a particular planning approval issue that had to handled carefully as part of the sale. Sean handled the sale with great professionalism and achieved an excellent outcome for both parties.
