Sean took a difficult property, and unlike other agents comments, marketed the strengths. It was a long process with the first buyer unable to settle, and he was able to bring the first interested buyer, we didn't choose, to make another offer. He communicated with both sellers, a divorce settlement, with great respect, which we both were very grateful for. This was our family home, and emotions, at times, ran high.
