Sean was accomodating and friendly throughout the whole process. I had been looking for a long time and Sean made what was supposed to be a stressful situation easy.

The homes were in Mandurah and Byford- Sean’s office is in Thornlie, so don’t let “out of location” stop you calling Sean. The sale prices were not what I expected but my expectations were not realistic; and Sean happily humoured me -marketing at my higher price till I realised I needed to drop prices to sell. He was dedicated to regular home opens and keen to consider my crazy marketing ideas. Communication with Sean is brilliant- no telephone tag going on here. Ring, and he answers 95-100% of the time- otherwise the call back is usually within a few minutes. I’m sure you will not be disappointed with Sean- a complete professional, smartly dressed and always available to help any way he can. Initially I tried with Ray White and had very difficult situation with agent. Then I approached Sean through my mortgage broker. Everything changed after he came along with some buyers in different house opening. I was so happy because other agent gave me bad comments about my house and area. I was surprised Sean doesn't give any promises and over expectations but he did the job for me. I can't believe now if people are giving too much stories about their success only because that was my experience. Sean attitude was less talk and more work. I am happy, even I am sold my house bit cheaper. Good job Sean.
