My selling process began with six appraisals, and by far Sean was the most down-to-earth agent, almost un-real estate agent like. Early on I realised he genuinely wanted the best price for me. Sure, the house was in an exclusive Findon development and I was proud of it's presentation, but Sean knew I need not spend much to bring it to market. Two open inspections/only a week on the market and we obtained a price up close to the top of the advertised range.
