Roberts and Green avg 2 parties per 3 opens. Agent gave me over inflated advice on price. Caused house to sit and further increase depreciation. I went to sean noticing his sales recently on boards. He Brought on average 3 or 4 parties per week and we ground away for another few months adjusting price range down. Then all of a sudden after I’d resided myself to it becoming an investment he gets me an offer mid range and negotiated slightly up from there. I suggested removing it from the market a couple months prior. I’m glad I followed his advice
