Sean Durham and his wife went way beyond what I expected as an agent. They are the best I have come across . My house was on market for 6 months with another agent and had 1 person through in that time..changed to Sean and with in 2 1/2 weeks had 11 people through. What a guy. I clicked with Sean from the first time we met. He has great knowledge, likeable personality and he works really hard to sell your house. He always kept us informed and would recommend him (as well as his better half Tammy) to anyone who wanted to sell their home. It felt like my wife & I had known them for years.
Over the years I have bought and sold many houses in many states in this great land on which we live. So I think I have a qualification to comment on Sean Durham's performance relating to the last sale of my property. To simplify my comment I will describe it as "Easy Peesy", we agreed on a sale price range and committed to an advertising campaign. I should add that we were selling on a very down market which made me very apprehensive, after the first home open we had an offer ( woo hoo) which was efficiently processed and as a result settlement was completed in approximately six weeks from the start of putting the property on the market. During the process Sean was an excellent communicator, letting me know quickly where we were at. I would highly recommend Sean if you are thinking of selling your property.
