So after selling my parents home, we hired the services of Sean and Tammy. Everything from the start went pretty well although we didn't get the people come through like we thought we would. The final sale price was relatively fair although I feel could've been a bit more, I feel Sean and Tammy probably exhausted all avenues to get the max we could get and get the deal done. In the end it went pretty smoothly from their side of things and they were relatively transparent with everything.
