i am happy property finally settled! originally we looked at the wrong apartment, then paid deposit! my agent is a good person to be a friend, but professionally i m not quite impressed, i rang about 6 times initially to get in touch with agent! seller failed to settle 3 times! the list goes on and on! after i settled had to wait for another business day before i got the key! after i went to the apartment purchasing, all the linens are missing!! i specifically told the agent to ensure they do not take linens!! now the linens are missing, meaning apartment was not sold as shwed!
