We engaged Pulse Property Agents to market and sell our property, a villa unit. While our initial meeting was with Sean Gynn and Eric Giotto from Pulse’s marketing team, it was Sean Gynn who became our contact person throughout the whole process of the sale. Sean Gynn proved to be approachable, knowledgeable, interested and self-motivated. A bonus is that he is personable with a good sense of humour. The things that pleased us most with Sean was his willingness to listen to our requests and to act promptly and accordingly. At no time did we feel isolated or lacking in a clear understanding of what was happening during the marketing or sale phases. Most important, was that we felt comfortable at all times with Sean’s handling of the whole process of the sale. We are confident that his handling and advice on the presentation of the property and the subsequent sale activities produced the exceptional outcome that was achieved.
