Sean was very approachable and responsive till our offer for the house was accepted. No sooner than this happened, it was extremely difficult to reach him to arrange inspections or to find out details. So much so that we had to call from private numbers just for him to answer the phone. In fact, we are still waiting for an e-mail that he promised to send prior to settlement - it has been more than 2 months!
