Sean was recommended by a close friend who has used his services many times in the past. His advice was “don’t bother using anyone else, Sean is the best”. He was right. In every aspect of the house sale, Sean was incredibly professional, polite, humble and positive. He communicates clearly, and always keeps you in the loop. His service is next level and in looking for new properties we have not met another agent who comes close. We are so thankful for Sean’s help, and for the great result that he achieved. He comes with our highest recommendation.

Selling of my house went smoothly. Well organized and professional. I have used a number of times and everything went as expected.

I bought my beautiful property through Sean in 2013. I was already impressed by him then. When I decided to sell up, I chose Sean to market my property. Sean is highly experienced, professional & trustworthy! He is also very helpful. I am very happy with the sale price Sean got me. Sean is supported by an outstanding team! I had the opportunity to cross paths with Amy, Oliver, Karis, Renee & Juliana - all are highly efficient but a special mention to Amy, who went over and beyond to resolve some issues for me!! Thanks again Realmart Coastal, Sean & his amazing team!

Sean proved himself to be a friendly and professional agent, who was prepared to offer excellent service. He supported us throughout the entire process with advice, helpful contacts and follow up calls. We felt free to call him at anytime, and he always responded in a timely manner. In a time in real estate when sellers often complain their agents do the minimum for the maximum commission, Sean proved himself to be service orientated towards his clients. His team was also friendly and helpful. Thank you team!

Sean and his team were professional, efficient and successful in securing a sale price that we were very happy with, in a very short time. We would happily recommend their services.

The whole team at Realmark were amazing to deal with. They were quick to respond to any queries and it made the entire process as stress free as possible. Oliver Hess our agent, was highly professional from the initial meeting and throughout the process, until handover. We felt confident that he had handled any issues that arose with our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Oliver and the team at Realmark to deliver the best outcome for the sale of your property.

Fantastic service Great staff So easy to deal with I would use Sean again

We have been fortunate enough to work with Sean Hughes on numerous property transactions in Marmion. Not only have we bought property through Sean, we have also sold our home & he found us the perfect rental in a tight market- a true Trifecta moment you could say. With his organic approach, his wealth of experience & knowledge, plus his down to earth nature-we knew we could trust his judgment. Thank you Sean & team- you are true professionals & leaders in the industry. We highly recommend!

Sean was great in helping me secure a block of land for the right price, he was quick in his response time to ensure the opportunity didn’t slip away. He kept me informed along the way until the deal was secured and finalised.

I found Sean Hughes very professional and had extensive market knowledge on coastal and surrounding properties. I briefed him of our property requirements and over a period of time he always kept me updated on the market and finally found our property match. I like to thank Sean Huges for his patience and persistence.

Thank-you to Amy, Oliver, Karis and Juliana from the Realmark team for all your hard work to enable me to purchase my own home. I'm so grateful to the developer Jacques for crafting such a beautiful apartment complex with quality finishings and attention to detail to make these apartments functional and elegant. I'm so happy to now call this apartment in Scarborough by the beach home.

Sean recently sold our home and we also purchased our new home with him. The process was faultless from start to finish. Sean was extremely easy to deal with and communicated well with us at all times. His team: Oliver, Karis and Juliana we also impeccable - communication was first class, they were all extremely accommodating and nothing was too hard for them right to the very end. We would highly recommend Sean and his team.
