Sean and Jenny have poor sales techniques and knowledge. At home opens they don’t greet or engage with potential buyers. They both displayed bad body language, are not punctual and would position themselves where potential buyers felt uncomfortable to approach them - due to their lack of interest. Sean would also walk around yawning. Both are very unprofessional and once they have signed a deal, are difficult to contact as they prefer to move onto their next job.

The way it was handled from the very first day i contacted Sean, the communication the discussions etc were of the highest standard and the back up office staff were a treat to deal with. I would recommend Sean and Jenny to anyone looking at real estate in the areas that they operate in.

We feel very satisfied with the service provided by Jenny and Sean. Most of our contact was with Jenny but they clearly work as an effective team. We also think the marketing plan in terms of timing (4 weeks start to auction) and content was very effective as there appeared to be substantial interest in the home, helped by it's location.
