We couldn't be happier with our experience of selling with the Hughes team. When we started to consider selling, we saved listings in realestate.com and took note of their sale price once the properties settled. We also did our own research of past sales in the area (Trigg/North Beach/Watermans Bay/Marmion/Sorrento) and without fail, EVERY time there was a noticeably high sale price, it was the Hughes team. We even came to realise one local agent never releases his sale prices on realestate.com and when we did more research, we could see why - his sale prices were low! We are in a sellers market, so any agent worth their salt can get several offers. But Sean and Oli truly make miracles happen when it comes to translating those offers into the highest possible sale price. If you don't believe me, just do your own research and you'll see they are an absolute stand-out in terms of getting the highest prices for homes on the Coast. We were so dubious about putting our biggest asset in the hands of someone else and now we are so thrilled we did.

With their knowledge of the market, how to go to market and achieving multiple offers from one home open, they're a class above the rest!! Our experience purchasing our new home through Realmark Coastal was generally smooth and efficient and conducted professionally and courteously by Ollie Hess, the selling agent. He had a friendly and genuine nature and was a pleasure to deal with. There was one last minute hiccup, not caused by the agents, that had the potential to delay settlement but that was dealt with promptly by agent Juliana to everyone's satisfaction and the settlement went through as planned. My only advice would be that on occasions if the selling agent was not available the phone diverted to others and we sometimes had overlapping conversations and responses that we were not sure who was dealing with the matter. But this was relatively minor in the scheme of things and what could be a stressful process was, in fact, pretty smooth.

Sean and his team at Realmark Coastal were absolutely brilliant to deal with. Sean's knowledge, advice and professionalism were second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
