We had a really positive experience with Haiven. Given how tough the Perth market is at the moment. We saw a property in our dream location, that fell into our budget at the top end of what we could afford. We went into Haiven to introduce ourselves and met with Tyson & Steph at the office. Tyson spent an hour or so talking through everything with us & he was able to negotiate a successful offer from us to the seller within 4 days. We completed 28 days after finance was approved. Tyson & Steph have been really friendly, helpful & professional throughout and we could not fault their service. They clearly care about what they do and want the best for their clients both on the buying side & the selling side. Everything we requested was actioned and in a prompt manner.
