Russell and I would like to say that the sale of our property was so smooth, we still can't believe that we had nothing to do other than put the sale and negotiation in your hand.(happy results) Here we are one year later and we still can't believe it all happened within a few weeks of our making our decision to sell. We had illness in our family that forced our hand to sell, and I was not able to cope with the work that that I thought I needed to do, being from NSW .
