I found Sean and his team to be excellent real estate agents. From the outset Sean sent us a very professional presentation outlining his strategy for selling our property, how they would execute that, what it would cost us and showing comparable properties in our area. In addition Sean had a great team of trades we could utilise to make repairs to the property before listing it. Sean and the team achieved a high number of groups through the property and were great communicators, always keeping us in the loop as to what was going on. In a very short period of time we achieved an excellent result which we were very happy with.
