I have bought and sold with different agents before, however none of them can compete with Sean as far as communications and honestly. Sean is upfront about expectations. He does not give you a ridiculously high appraisal in order to win your business and then slowly condition you to lower your price once you are locked in with the exclusivity. What i find is that Sean is usually spot on with the range he gives you, his fee is really good. and as mentioned, no BS. Communication is also excellent and once you sign a contract to sell with him, you still deal with him directly and not passed onto a receptionist.
