A very obliging and helpful sale

I was in a somewhat difficult position. Elderly and living alone I needed advice, not only on the sale of my house but also on such questions as preparing and presenting it to it's best advantage for viewing. Sean was a very knowledgeable, and always willing, source of excellent suggestions. A sale was achieved, on very reasonable terms, in a matter of commendably ew weeks. Sean was a very willing and helpful friend post-sale too.
