Thank you Sean for helping us to sell our property. Sean helped us to sell our property in a timely manner. He was very professional and patient in explaining all we needed to know about the whole process. He helped us in organising tradies, electricians, plumbers in fixing the house all before the settlement date! That involved going to the property, informing the repairers what needed to be done, chasing up and making sure they do the repairs on time. Sean also made sure he informed us the progress of the whole sale, eg. expected realistic sale figure, repair progress, recommendation of settlement agent, and even a gift after the settlement.
