My partner and I recently went through the very stressful process of selling our home in Victoria. Just before we put it on the market we found our dream home in South Australia, Port Pirie. We were able to make the open inspection where we met Sean for the first time. Unfortunately cash buyers showed up to the inspection and we lost the property, or so we thought. Sean was very compassionate and supportive, kindly showed us some other properties but we travelled back to Victoria heart broken. Two days later Sean called us to give us the good news that the other buyers had pulled out and we were next in line! Our sale in Apollo Bay was painfully slow with over 40 inspections and low ball offers. We kept in good contact with Sean and he reassured us that even though it was taking so long he would do his best to secure our property in Port Pirie. He had a great relationship with the owners and our realestate agents in Apollo Bay which I believe is the reason why they were so patient throughout the whole process, even an extended settlement date!!!! As Sean mentioned he could have sold the property at least 10 times in Port Pirie but he put his good faith in us and ensured that everyone involved felt safe and trusted. Place was left in dreadful condition outside, all sheds filthy. No smoke alarms, keys don't work in locks, faulty power points, not only was cameras switched off all connections were pulled out, no directions left to reassemble. No forwarding address left and I have mail here. What shall I do with it.
