We were only in the area for a week,with the intention of buying a house.We virtualy brought this house out of the back of Sean car.Stumbled across Sean at a random viewing we almost missed.Showed us a broucher for another house.Arranged a viewing for the next day and negotiated our offer then and there.We then had the rest of the week for a holiday before flying back to London.Settlement was carried out across the world.Now all we have to do is arrange our move back to Australia.Sean was very helpful throughout.
