Part 2 of 2. So after talking with Sean and having our offer accepted, he happily agrees to coming around to look at our house and give us an idea of how the market is likely to react to it. Ah Seans' news = awesome. Just so happens that he'd sold a house literally around the corner from ours the week before, of nearly exact size and fit out for a great price. Said that based on the current market he could confidently sell our house within 8-10 weeks and for a price he thought was fair but achievable - which is good really cause given we'd just committed ourselves to a larger portfolio of debt, we needed to achieve said great but fair price.
