We bought our current home through Sean a few years back and in that process we were immediately struck by his straightforward and friendly nature. We felt many of the agents that we met during that search were only interested in that single transaction and putting the pressure on, rather than looking at the potential for a longer term relationship beyond the sale. With Sean we were comfortable that the answers we were getting about the house we were looking at were true and he seemed genuinely interested in seeing that the purchaser was happy with the purchase even though he was working for the vendor. So a few years later when we decided to sell the townhouse we'd moved from after buying our current home, Sean was the obvious choice. In that process he was extremely communicative and he spent a great deal of time with us working through how to best to present the property in photos and words, and then once the property was up online he continually came back with new information on how the sale was going as soon as people booked in to have a look and as the offers rolled in. When it came down to choosing an offer he again spent a great deal of time working through the pros and cons of each. All of this happened during an especially challenging time, we were always planning to sell when we did but what we weren’t expecting was a pandemic. Getting the confidence to still go forward with the sale in an extremely uncertain environment during Melbourne‘s six week lockdown was not easy. Sean particularly showed his value in this extremely unusual situation where his office was closed and everything had to be done contact free. There were strict limits on how many people could walk through a property, FaceTime inspections for those that couldn’t leave Melbourne, and all sorts of unexpected things that Sean worked through with a smile on his face. The transaction went smoothly and we found a buyer and a price we were very happy with. Sean comes highly recommended.
