When we asked Sean to be our agent and showed him around our house he was very nervous about getting the price we wanted due to our house being rough around the edges. Although it had good bones and a massive shed which appeared to the male buyers, the inside needed some serious TLC which of course turned the female buyers away. Thank fully after a a few weeks Sean advised us that all we need to do is drop our price as the word "offers over" scares people away and as soon as it was dropped we had an offer on the house.
