Sean was excellent from the start. He was quick to respond to a request to view the house, and punctual when we arrived. He was welcoming from the start. A tour of the house and valuable information from the start allowed us to make our choice promptly. Once we had chosen to purchase, his communication was consistent throughout, including with our converyancers even when they weren't necessarily as fourth coming with information themselves. He made the entire process simple and straight forward. Will definitely remain in contact and hopefully be able to utilise his services in the future if purchasing or selling again.

Throughout the whole process Sean together with Sofie kept us reassured and fully informed despite floods and postponement of open days. They touched base regularly and always reported on comments from inspections. Two thoughly professional young people.

Met Sean a few years ago when I got him to appraise my house for sale. I didn't end up selling with him as my partner had wanted to go through with a different agent. I rang him 2 years after to help me find a house as there was nothing on the market and missed out on a few houses. He was happy to help found me a house. With in 2 hours he had found a house for me and made it so I could view it that day a day before the open house was to be. I put a offer in that day it still went to a open home then next day so others could have there chance. I was worried but I also was happy that he showed fairness to the other buys to have there chance. I ended up getting the house even know I had to add abit more to the price. Sean made the whole sale as easy as it should be in a stressful time. If I was going to sell or buy again he would be my first call.
