Honesty is the best policy!

We first met Sean at an open home. He was very welcoming and relaxed, there was no pressure of buying the house there and then. We placed an offer for the purchase of the property the following week. Sean kept us up to date and informed that there had been other offers received and that ours was not the highest, however had the least conditions. This made us feel comfortable knowing where we sat in terms of our offer. Thankfully our offer was accepted and we now own the home. Sean was great throughout the handover period and was flexible when it came to arranging times to view the property before handover. I would gladly purchase another home from Sean and most probably sell one as well.
