Sean worked hard until we had a result, when I believed we may not get there! He communicated constantly with multiple owners and also with the tenants. He was not put off by the difficulties of multiple owners. He rose to every challenge. He continued to negotiate and adjust tactics, and explained his actions to each owner in detail. My only constructive criticism is that we probably should have slowed down in the initial week or 2 to ensure cosmetic issues were addressed prior to the first couple of inspections.
