An all round amazing experience was had with Sean. He brings a lot of warmth to the work that he does and is very genuine and trustworthy. My family never had a reason to no trust Sean but also it was great to see how well he represented the seller’s interest. I would recommend Sean a thousand times over for a smooth sailing purchase experience. He is very diligent and if you need things done in the shortest turnaround without compromising quality and excellence, Sean is the man for you!

Sean Prior! Truly Exceptional! Our family will forever be grateful to Sean for helping us through a stressful 4 weeks of purchasing our new home and selling our old home. All while still working our busy jobs and managing our family commitments. Sean was available, committed and proactive. He was professional and at the same time supportive and empathetic. He absolutely knows his craft, very knowledgeable and he gave us answers to all our questions and advice on areas we had concerns. If we could rate him more than a 5 star we would. He’s the real deal!

Sean was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He answered all my phone calls promptly and was always available. Thank you Sean.

Buying and Selling with Sean Prior of Belle Property has made the experience a smooth and enjoyable one. Communication through the whole process was very good as was the level of detail Sean was prepared to go to. Flexible and willing to go to do what ever was required to ensure all parties were satisfied. Would highly recommend for buying or selling your next property.

I can’t thank Sean enough. His advice, guidance and support was amazing. He certainly went above and beyond and made the sale process very easy.

Prompt responses and clear communication

Sean has been outstanding. His commitment and customer service is something no firm could buy. Any business that has someone with Sean's qualities is very lucky and I cannot speak more highly in the way he has conducted this business.

Sean was great to work with. His communication throughout the process was exceptional.

Sean was easy to deal with, keep us up to date on progress of the marketing campaign, open houses and negotiations.

Sean was an excellent agent both for our purchase and sale. Would engage Sean again next time we sell (which won't be for a VERY long time - it's way too stressful a process in general)

Sean's hustle in selling our property was outstanding. He came with a targeted campaign strategy which paid off, and consistently gave the confidence we needed. His level of communication and honesty was top notch and we appreciated the transparency through the process.
