We had been trying to sell a property at Mawson ACT for many months through another real-estate agent, until we came across Sean Rogers from Peter Blackshaw. The difference was amazing. Sean provided an absolutely first class service. From start to finish we felt that we had the best possible support and we couldn’t have asked for a more active or accommodating agent, who gave sound logical advise. The market had fallen since we had purchased a couple of years prior and we were keen to sell. Sean instilled confidence and convinced us to be patient and see what happened with a couple of initial low offers. This turned out to be exceptional advice as we ended up selling for nearly $22,000 more than the first initial offer. This was a rental property and Sean went above and beyond and struck up a good rapport with our long serving tenant, organising many home inspections with as little inconvenience as possible to our renter. Sean worked very hard to maintain the momentum, our property’s profile and had a good range of potential buyers that led to the eventual sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean Rogers and the team at Peter Blackshaw if selling a property.

Sean was always available to ask questions about the property or area. He was respectful of our decisions and was nice and professional throughout. Lovely!

This is the second house Sean has sold for us. His market knowledge and dedication to his work are outstanding. Sean is clearly focussed on creating the best experience for his customers—nothing was left to chance, and a great result was achieved.

We engaged Sean to sell our apartment in Canberra. Sean was awesome. Really down to earth and extremely fast and responsive with all contact. We got a great price for our apartment. I highly recommend Sean.

Sean was very helpful as we were new to the ACT property market so the advice and guidance he gave us was invaluable in our search. Communication was excellent and inspections were done with professionalism. Big props.

Sean was an absolute pleasure to deal during the recent sale of my home. Sean’s knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm had me feeling completely confident that I had the best person handling the sale, especially since I currently live out of the ACT. Sean was able to secure an offer after my first open home which came in above my expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of Sean and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that is selling their home. Thanks Sean!!!

Sean was incredible from start to finish. We had 2 agents look at our property before we decided to go with Sean and his knowledge and professionalism was the main reason we picked Sean. Sean helped us with all of our many questions without hesitation and gave us recommendations when it came to the selling process. We couldn't recommend Sean enough! Thanks again for all of your hard work.

Sean committed to the sale of the property for the mutual benefit of both seller and buyer. His communication was excellent and timely and worked well with all parties to deliver an outstanding result. We have no hesitation in recommending Sean to be your future sales agent.

Sean was great to deal with and very responsive and accommodating during the purchase of our new home. Would definitely recommend Sean. Thanks again, Sean!
