Sean was always available if I needed any assistance or had any questions, spoke in understandable language and was very upfront and transparent throughout the purchase process. He demonstrated excellent professionalism, no complaints at all! Would recommend!

It was a pleasure to deal with Sean. His experience and guidance was evident in the sale of my property prior to auction. His knowledge of the market and understanding of the core fundamentals of real estate complimented his communication skills and professionalism. Thank you Sean.

Sean guided us through the sale process and gave us advice that we could trust. His knowledge of the market and experience in our area was invaluable. He achieved a quick sale during a difficult period, which was important for us. His communication style was professional, honest and timely. We would highly recommend Sean to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest and reliable agent that will act in your best interests. Thanks to his team who also provided valuable support throughout the entire process.

Sean and his team did a great job in assisting us with both a purchase and a sale recently. Sean’s strategic insights ensured we received the best possible price in a challenging market, and we appreciated his stress-free approach throughout the whole process.

Sean sold us our first home by auction on Saturday. He was honest and forthcoming the entire time, providing responsive answers to all of our questions. He knows the housing market and local areas extremely well, and was glad to share information to help us make decisions. He remembered our names and interests despite dealing with hundreds of people at a time. He engaged well both with us, and our family. It was clear the sellers were happy with the outcome and his work as well. Sean was the perfect intermediary between them (the sellers) and us (the buyers). We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Canberra.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Sean, who helped us sell our first home in Coombs Act 2611. From the moment we engaged his services, Sean went above and beyond to ensure that our selling experience was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his craft were evident from the start, and he consistently exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. Sean's attention to detail and smooth coordination of the entire campaign resulted in an influx of potential buyers, all of whom were expertly managed to optimize our chances of achieving the expected sale price. His commitment to providing an outstanding service was evident at every stage, and his genuine care for our needs and goals was always at the forefront of his mind. Choosing Sean and his team was the best decision we could have made, and we are incredibly grateful for the hassle-free experience they provided. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to sell their property, and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel in his field, delivering outstanding service to all those he works with. Thank you, Sean, for your exceptional work and for helping us achieve a successful outcome!

We were really happy with the selection of Sean as our agent. From his first visit to our home he was enthusiastic, focussed on our needs and thoroughly organised. His advice on the presentation of the house and garden, the marketing plan including terrific photography and the open house schedule was spot on. His excellent communication skills were evident throughout our sale period and came to the fore on auction day. We highly recommend Sean.

Sean was a great agent to work with. His communication was excellent, which made the process very smooth. We’d happily recommend him.

Frankly, I never expected that my house could get sold this quickly under current market conditions but Sean made it happen. He made things look so easy and smooth but we know that this only happens when we have someone like him. Sean is amazing, he even cured my fear of dealing with real estate agents.

Sean was very helpful through the entire process of selling our home. He had a wealth of knowledge and gave us realistic expectations of the changing market.

Sean was really helpful to my partner and I while we were searching for our first home. He was very knowledgeable about the properties we were looking at, had great insights into the suburbs and also suggested other suitable properties for us to inspect. He was very helpful and we would highly recommend his services in the future. The price range he quoted for the property going to auction was realistic.

This is the second time I have engaged Sean’s services to sell a property. His commitment to getting the best result, along with his outstanding professionalism and communication skills make him easily one of Canberra’s stand out agents. He constantly exceeds expectation. Can’t recommend Sean and the team at Blackshaw enough.
