I really liked how the house was presented in the video and photos, unfortunately there were not enough buyers that appreciated the style of house that we were selling and the rare views, craftmanship and quality of materials that the property contained. All about timing and the right buyers being around at the right time for the area.

Sean and the team from Paradise Property Group were easy to deal with, their communication was excellent, keeping us informed with the process throughout the sales campaign by email and phone. We would definitely recommend them.

Paradise property was professional and efficient throughout the process. Clear communication, timely response and strong industry knowledge. Thank you to Sean and his team for their expertise and attention to detail.

Thanks to Sean and Anna for helping us purchase our new holiday home. Sean was professional, listened to what we were after, gave us some great options and helped us secure a beautiful new property. We look forward to spending time in it with our friends and family.

Thanks Sean for helping us to realize our paradise property purchase in beautiful Clifton Beach FNQ. Your support to both satisfy the vendor’s needs but get the result for us is truly a reflection of your professionalism.

Sean is extremely knowledgeable about the market, he helped guide us with our property purchase in our dream location from interstate and gave us confidence and reassurance throughout the negotiation process. Sean is professional, warm and lovely to deal with.

This is my third time using Sean as my agent, I would have no one else to sell my property. Sean is the perfect agent for me, he always goes the extra mile. Sean is supportive , efficient and effective in selling. Thank you again Sean !

We purchased a home that Sean and his team were selling, throughout the process from first viewing to settlement Sean was always available to answer questions or get answers from the vendor. Sean and his team provided honest and open no sales hype, assessments and opinions throughout, which was refreshing.

Sean and the team handled everything from start to finish. Very professional with a real commitment to do the very best they could to get a result that was spot on with the estimate.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience selling our home through Sean at Paradise Property Group. From our very first meeting, Sean was professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process feel so smooth and stress‑free. His genuine enthusiasm, market insight and commitment really showed in the great result we achieved. We always felt confident knowing Sean was looking after our best interests. We highly recommend Sean & Paradise Property Group.

As with all of Sean’s other reviews, I was extremely pleased with the sale of my property. Not only did he achieve the best price, but he navigated an extremely stressful situation whilst I was out of the country. He went above and beyond my expectations of an agent, and really looked after both myself and the buyer. There is no comparison with the other agents in Cairns.

I can highly recommend Sean Thorpe and his team from Paradise Real Estate. Sean was extremely efficient and professional during my recent property purchase. The whole experience a delight!
