Sean Weill

Sean is polite, well spoken and respectful. He goes out of his way to assist his clients without being pushy and is persistent when it comes to pursuing new listings without being too annoying (Like many Agents can be). I tested him to see how keen he was to sell my place by suggesting we meet at my house to discuss. It is a solid drive in traffic from Mermaid Beach to Bilambil Heights on a weekday morning which he did, and he came prepared with all the right information. In the end he sold my property slightly below what I had in mind (which may have been wishful thinking) but was close enough to the mark to leave me satisfied and was well and truly above what any other 2 bedder without a view has sold in the area in the past 12 months. I would definitely use his services again.
