Buying or selling a home is a very stressful time as it is usually one of the biggest decisions in your life, and one you don't make too often. Sebastian and the team at Elders, Enfield made the process easy. Their approach was professional and communication throughout the process perfect. Due to the complexities of the case involving German and Australian law, the estate procedures took a long time. Sebastian looked after the properties very well although he was not obliged to do so. Once the properties were legally available for sale, Sebastian took charge of the organisation of the auctions, from marketing, advertising, regular and on-the-spot open houses and getting the properties ready for sale (which was not easy as the properties were vacant for some 8 years). Sebastian and his team auctioned the properties on 13 February with great success and well above expectations and reserve prices. Do I recommend Sebastian and his team? Yes, and without reservations. Communication is great, replies to queries are received immediately, he knows what he is doing and, most importantly, Sebastian is absolutely trustworthy: if he proposes or agrees to something, you can be sure that it will be fully implemented.
