They had good success doing this with our neighbour. They were very proffesional & we neverhad any trouble contacting them & they always kept us informed. They gave us a range of value for our property the high end I thought was impossible , we would have taken the lower value. They negotiated the sale so well we got the estimated top price. Let me first say that we don't have an ingrained trust of real estate agents, thanks to some quite ordinary experiences in the past.
