Great communication and a fantastic price.

Working with Sebastian and The Susan Mills Team was a great experience. Sebastian was always helpful and ready with solid advice whenever we needed it. He really worked hard to get us the best price for our home, and the final result was well above what we were looking for. Even though we were overseas when the final negotiations were happening, Sebastian made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us in the loop. He’s professional, straightforward, and made the whole sale happen fast. We’re extremely happy with the outcome.

Very professional always available for support and assistance and honest, I found it refreshing. Very knowledgeable we didn’t have the easiest sale and Sebastian and Susan and their team worked extremely hard to receive a record price under difficult circumstances. I would use their team in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
