Sebastian Viteri

Sebastian knows his narket and works with you to show where you sit. This is the 2nd property over the years he has sold for me. He a pure professional, honest, trustworthy. I will use him again. I have problem recommending to anyone that wants to sell their property he is the best !!!

Sebastian and his team displayed their knowledge and marketing skills by reaching out to those that would be the most suitable to be interested in the property and in doing so received 30 offers within 2- to 3 days . And in that time we received an offer we were happy with. That in it self shows professionalism and the necessary skills and approach to their buyer's as well and that to their clients Gary Mcalpine

Sebastian in a tough real estate market, worked tirelessly to find us potential buyers. On our auction day,he never stopped working to achieve the best price for us. The Sanders team were excellent communicators throughout our campaign. We are very pleased we chose Sebastian & the Sanders tea.

Sebastian was very professional with full knowledge of the market and the area. He took the time to understand our situation and our needs.

Highly professional and supportive . Very knowledgeable of the current market.Always quick to answer any messages ,emails and phone calls . I highly recomend Sebastian Viteri and would definatley call upon him again if i were to sell or buy a property.

We couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Sebastian. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, gave us great advice, and really went above and beyond in what was a tricky market. We especially appreciated his ability to think outside the box and find creative ways to get the best result. We highly recommend Sebastian!
