Sebantian did a really great job selling our apartment at a fair price. Two things I was not overly happy about the feedback database from our open homes was not promptly updated or even updated after the first open home. We also had an incident with the purchaser who were not happy with the level of cleanliness the apartment was left in, we had had apartment professionally cleaned and it was left at a move in level. I feel sebantian did not stick up for us his clients but went into bat for the purchaser. I guess he thought they were next customers not of the people that had signed the contract and were paying him a very large commission compared to other real estate agents in the area.

Their knowledge and expertise in so many areas, including effective marketing, home repairs, and pre-sale staging, all contributed to a record price for a unit in my building. They kept me informed every step of the way, respected my input, and put a great deal of time and energy into achieving this result. Needless to say, I highly recommend them!
