I worked with Sebastian and his team to sell my mother's home. We followed his instructions on preparing the house and garden with his team's help. His clarity and communication, patience and understanding were noted and not what I would have imagined in a real estate agent. The process and updates along the way meant I felt comfortable and in the loop, and ultimately we were thrilled by the result. I would recommend Sebastian to anyone.

Enjoyed having Sebastian and team selling mums unit without any stress too me. Mum went to heaven last year and I knew that the unit, with only general off street parking and no garage in an over 55 complex would require patience and time. I am happy with the resultant sale and price and the honest communication with the team.

This was an unexpectedly easy and pleasant experience working with Sebastian and his team. We followed his suggestions to a T, and the price we ultimately got was well above our expectations. Well handled from start to finish.

I am very happy with the result achieved by the efficiency and experience of this team. Everything has gone so smoothly, politely and with the least effort by me. They have just managed it all so well and I could not be happier. The advertising was just what I wanted and more, the follow up from the inspections was perfect and the effort at the auction on the day was just clockwork. I can only thank them all for a perfect job and result. 10/10 Caroline

Sebastion was excellent in selling my unit at Sutherland. He was always helpful, always quick with any enquiries i had , always punctual , overall i was extremely happy with his service . Sebastion has been selling Real Estate for a long time which i think is very important to have that experience when there is such big money at stake. Cheers , Mark.

Extremely professional, nothing is too much trouble and they know their business inside and out. They listen to your requests, suggest alternatives, but never push their views. I would recommend them without hesitation

Sebastian operates in a very professional & structured manner & has a wealth of Real Estate knowledge. Your property will be in good hands with Sebastian.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Viteri to sell our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with his service. From the very beginning, Sebastian was incredibly generous with his time, patiently guiding us through every step of the process and ensuring we fully understood what to expect. Sebastian's communication skills are exceptional. He kept us informed and reassured at all times, promptly answering any questions we had and providing clear, detailed updates. His genuine and authentic approach made us feel confident and at ease throughout the entire experience. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is not only highly professional but also truly cares about his clients, we highly recommend Sebastian Viteri. He exceeded our expectations in every way and made the sale of our home a smooth and positive experience.

Sebastian and his team were amazing! They were with me every step of the way, assisting in pre sale preparations with trades, pest and building reports and conveyancing etc. Sebastian was professional yet friendly and made me feel like I was always his priority. His experience and expertise was invaluable, I felt that he was honest and realistic about achieving price targets and in the end the auction price reached my expectations. I am so thankful to Sebastian and his team for making my selling experience so positive. I would recommend Sebastian to anyone.

Finally a real estate agent you can trust. Very knowledgeable of the market but also expert communicator and negotiator. Always a phone call away and ready to answer any questions. He made a difficult sale possible in less than 3 weeks and remained positive the whole way. I couldn’t rate or recommend Sebastian enough. Top quality agent!

From the first interview to the "Sold" sign, Sebastian led us through our journey with a sound knowledge of the market, professional advice and an honest, easy to understand process. Sebastian's attitude and advice was focussed on achieving our goals and understanding our stress through it all. He made the process easy and uncomplicated, explaining things along the way and finally achieving our goal and his market expectations. Sebastian never once came across as a salesman but more so akin to a family member. Well done Sebastian, and your team Thank you
