Sebastian and his team handled the sale of our investment property back in 2022. We've returned to him again in early 2024 for the sale of another. I work in property development and I've seen the best and worst of Agents and there's a reason I'll be going back to Seb's team when we sell the next one too. Sebastian knows the local market, he knows how to position a property in that market and I get the impression that the buyers trust him too.
