Sebastian helped the reviewer sell this property

Motivated, Relentless and Extremely Efficient

Sebastian is a fun and highly motivated person. He won't rest until he has sold your property. Excuse the pun, but he truly, always does have his finger 'on the pulse.' He thinks of everything and keeps you informed of every detail possible. He has all bases covered. He is so efficient that it is a pity he isn't able to do the legal work, repairs and renovations for you as well. Sebastian is thoroughly professional and a wonderful communicator. We were very happy with the sale of our property and the years it was a rental property with Hill & Viteri/Pulse. Thank you Sebastian and The Pulse Team ✨😎✨
