Sebastian then goes above and beyond to guide buyers through the process, often helping them understand the complex process of buying a property better than their own conveyancer or mortgage broker. For this home, which wasn't by any means a trophy home or unique listing, Sebastian managed to build enough interest that buyers (including those working with other agents in his office) were clamoring to buy it before auction.
