The reason I chose Sebby was because I worked with him previously and I knew how hardworking he was for his clients. His work ethic was great so I went straight to him at the most hardest time in my life to deal with selling my 2 houses. He constantly sent me feedback of how the home opens went, I received calls about any interest from buyers and I was always up to date with current info. He would make meeting up to sign papers easy whether being at his office or my house. He sold both the houses really quickly as that was what we needed and it was at a very reasonable price too for how quick it got sold. I didn't have to worry about any paperwork as he did all the hard work of running back and forth to the buyer. It was a very smooth experience with no worries at all. I highly recommend Sebastian!
