Beautiful SANCTUARY LAKES area in Melbourne West. The property agent: Seema Kaur Aiden from Reliance estate who is the best selling agent in sanctuary lakes a whole year. The suburb took away our hearts and this was the only property which was expecting an open offer in that price range. I was first home buyer, unprepared, new to the country, not sure with rules, real estate market etc. While standing inside that property (now OUR HOME) I told Seema honestly about my circumstances and knowledge of real estate. This deal was not possible if my agent might not have acted standing in my shoes and understanding my perspective. My mom met and thanked her in Person.
