Very positive experience, Sehaj is excellent to work with with.

This is my first time buying an investment property in Australia and I came to it with a healthy dose of apprehension and cynicism. That is, until I was introduced to Procure Wealth and I met Sehaj. In short, they have been nothing but Outstanding! Sehaj is honest and dependable. He doesn’t promise what he cannot deliver, and he has delivered on everything he has promised. He is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about real estate investing and related matters. Long before we entered into any agreement with him, he spent time carefully explaining the ins and outs of building and optimising wealth through Real Estate investment, and various strategies to achieve that goal. He answered all our questions, explaining in detail each step of the process ahead and what to expect. Since engaging with him, we have found him very professional and responsive, and he takes time to liaise or follow up with all the different parties involved at each phase of our project. On at least two occasions, he has gone out of his way to meet at the building site, two hours away, to show us progress and answer questions. As the completion of the house draws near, we look forward to tapping into his vast knowledge of wealth management to help us navigate through the next phases. I appreciate the care and empathy he shows in all his dealings and look forward to a long relationship with him and Procure Wealth.
